Run workflow should be a main action, not a box

      Description

      To run a workflow on a document, the action should be displayed with the other main actions (share, lock, etc).

      Once the user click on the button to run a workflow, a popup opens to select the workflow type.

      Once the workflow type is selected, the user should fall on the corresponding form to fill it, select the assignee, etc, and then run the workflow.
