Change page provider used: Validated Document --> Expired Documents

      Description

      Instead of querying validated documents, we want to query expired documents. (Indeed validated documents are filtered out in search using quick filters since NXP-20685).
      Page provider should

      • query documents where dc:expired < current time
      • sorted by dc:expiration date ASC

      with quick filter: ecm:currentLifeCycleSate ="aproved"
