Date format: use 'time ago' format

      Description

      On data tables, activity stream, dashboard, each time you have a date, the format should be:

      • N hour / day / week / month / year ago
        with the real timestamp in tooltip.

      Everywhere for now, will see if we need the real date visible directly later.
