Fix user update on Shibboleth authentication

      Description

      Each time a Shibboleth user authenticates, the corresponding entry in the user directory is updated.
      However this is not a proper update, but a deletion followed by a creation.

      This must be changed to avoid problems like losing the group membership for this user.
