Make the Producer as much as possible independant from Nuxeo

The producer should only depend on Kafka and on the underlying messaging format.

So we should be able to have the client / producer that does not depends on Nuxeo API.
To validate that, it would be great to have a sample python or nodejs implementation for the producer.
