      Description

      For moving a document from a folder to another, I should be able to drag a document from the data-table view and drop it in another folder in the tree.

      Needed:

      • a drag behavior on each row, with the drag cursor and dots that indicates that you can drag the element
      • a hover state on folders in tree to show the target folder
