Full distribution must embed the template rendering package

1) The display name is wrong. Replace "template rendering" with something like "template rendering (with samples)"
2) The template rendering is missing for offline install of the template rendering samples from the wizard

A solution is to add the template rendering package (without samples) in the wizard; so that it is finally embedded in the full distribution.
An improvement can then be to optionally hide that package from the UI.
