Compute blob digest in DownloadService if it doesn't exist

      Description

      After merging NXP-19604, we realised that a lot of cases of blob without digest is a StringBlob. We also have the thumbnail case whose blobs are FileBlob.

      So we want to compute the digest in DownloadService if blob doesn't hold one.
