The attachment area should be highlighted when hovering

On the new Web UI, on the document view, for a document that doesn't have additional attachment yet, try to to drop two files in that area. It does work, but there is nothing displayed to indicate the user he is about to add attachments.
Once attachment is there and you try again, the highlight works well.
