Fix wizard implies selection

      Description

      The wizard does not resolve server side the package implies.

      To reproduce:

      • unselect all package
      • select just webui
      • make sure drive and jsf ui are checked and disabled (see screenshot1)
      • click next
      • drive (and jsf ui) are not marked for install (see screenshot2)
