Fix Birt package

      Description

      The installation of the Birt package removes the following jars which are needed to make the Update Center work.

      • org.eclipse.equinox.p2.cudf-1.17-NX.jar
      • org.sat4j.core-2.3.1.jar
      • org.sat4j.pb-2.3.1.jar

      Putting them back fixes the package installation from the update center. Moreover it seems Birt is still working fine.

      We need to understand why ant-assembly-maven-plugin removes them and build a new package with these jars if possible.
