Stored Renditions Admin UI

As an administrator, I need to list with filtering, view, and delete stored renditions via the Web UI.
Introduce an ADMIN -> Stored Renditions web panel that behaves much like the HOME -> Searches web panel except for the fact that it manages documents with the Rendition facet instead of Search documents.

• Filtering should include rendition name
• File Size should be included as a default column in the list view
• Stored Rendition view panel should include Rendition facet metadata
