Nuxeo should use pdf.js preview for Office documents

      Description

      The preview for Office documents like DOCX, PPTX, etc is using the "old" previewer, not the PDF.js one.

      To reproduce just add an Office document and open the preview.

      It may not be limited to Office documents but that's what I tested.

      This is a critical feature for the Presales process.
