Split JSF part out of nuxeo-user-profile

nuxeo-user-profile has a base service not depending on JSF, and some Seam beans. The Seam part should be split into a separate module so that nuxeo-usermapper can avoid depending on Seam and in turn nuxeo-platform-login-shibboleth as well.

—> create a new nuxeo-user-profile-jsf to hold the needed classes and files.
