Document Creation

Document creation UI is refactored to be better pluggable and more scalable when there are many document types.

A new document creation button is introduced that allows the user to create files from (almost) anywhere, which also provides shortcuts for the most recent and most frequently created document types. The button triggers the new document creation wizard, which allows the user to create documents or bulk import files. The file import process allows the user to smart import the files right aways or to customize import details for each of the files. The UI is pluggable and contributions can be made for file import actions and document creation shortcuts.
