Do not rely on JSF/Seam when retrieving thumbnails from an external app

      Description

      • Thumbnail enricher must not use nxthumb URLs (as they rely on a Seam bean)
      • Make the ThumbnailDocumentFactory#getDefaultThumbnail not rely on FacesContext.
