MultiTenant userManager don't work properly when using a cache

      Description

      Since NXP-19584, userManager uses a default cache and principal in the cache are NuxeoPrincipal object.
      When we use multi-tenant, and call getPrincipal they are not cast to MultiTenantPrincipal so it's not possible to get the tenantId information when using extend info in audit log for instance.
