Fix group containing comma ends up being assigned as 2 groups

1) create a group whose name contains a comma
2) add this group to a file or folder permissions
3) the permissions show 2 groups and an error

For example, if the group name is "comma, group" the assigned permissions are 2 groups named comma and group.

Please note the permissions are not saved and no corruption happens but that prevents the group from being assigned.

The issue happens in 5.8hf39 and 6.0hf30 but not in 7.10 and later versions.
