Redis configuration is not always taken in account

The redis-config.xml.nxftl contrib is not always taken in account because it contains no require so it is possible that the default contribution (in memory work queue) is used instead of Redis.
This is visible in benchmark ref in 8.3-SNAP since NXP-19160 but may also affect previous version 7.10 or 6.0
