Parameter 'additionalSeamEvents' is always empty in Operation WebUI.Refresh

With the new implementation RefreshUISync.java of the WebUI.Refresh operation, the parameter 'additionalSeamEvents' is always empty even if a value has been defined.
In the class OperationTypeImpl, when doing the ingestion of the parameters, the list of params is empty so the mapping between the params in the operation context and the operation type is not done.

Workaround
After the operation 'WebUI.Refresh', add the operation 'WebUI.RaiseSeamEvents' and use it to define the Seam events you'd like to raise.
