Require property cmis:name when creating document

CMIS Spec section "2.1.4.3.3 Property Definitions" declares that Property "cmis:name" is REQUIRED.

CMIS Spec section "2.2.4.1.3 Exceptions Thrown & Conditions" declares that the createDocument operation should throw a constraint If the value of any of the properties violates the constraints (min/max/required/length etc.) specified in the property definition in the object-type.

But currently the code allows this (the dc:title stays empty and the last path segment is inferred through PathSegmentService). It should throw an exception instead.
