      Description

      Write specification for Workflow REST API improvements:

      • NXP-19061 fetch the initiator on task and workflow
      • NXP-19097 fetch attached documents
      • NXP-19098 enricher to get the tasks associated to a doc
      • NXP-19099: enricher to get the available triggerable workflow on a doc
      • NXP-19100: enricher to get the workflow instances running on a doc

      Also need to ensure API is made consistent (ex: enforce 'user:' or 'group:' prefix on assignees, initiator, etc...)
