BinaryMetadataServiceImpl only rely on exifTool processor to update blob's metadata

In the method 'handleUpdate' of BinaryMetadataServiceImpl, when the document metadata are dirty, the Blob is updated with the dirty metadata.
But the 'writeMetadata' method that is called always use the 'exifTool' processor and not the one defined in the contribution.
