Fix keyword encoding in the quick search field with IE11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Internet Explorer 11
2. Place the cursor in the Quick search input
3. Enter a keyword with an accentued characters, like école
4. Wait for the suggestions to be computed
5. Hit the Enter key on your keyboard

=> The system switches to the Search tab and select the "Quick search" content view. The field "Text search" is automatically filled with the keyword, but it is encoded with école and therefore no result is returned.
