Cancel workflow when all attached documents are permanently deleted

      Description

      When all attached document of a workflow are permanently deleted, the workflow is still running. When the workflow is resumed, It should be canceled that it can be cleaned up nightly.

      This can be done by a listener which can be disabled when needed.
