Do not disable prompt handling by default on automation authentication chain

      Description

      Since NXP-18995 the automation authentication chaine doesn't handle prompt by default. This is a blocker for nuxeo-elements that needs that the BasicAuth plugin handle prompt on automation endpoint.

      So by default the handlePrompt property should left by default (ie: handlePrompt = "true")
