      Description

      As a sub-task of NXP-14553, we want to introduce a new LockingService to provide a cluster-wide lock mechanism independent of application-level locks on existing documents.

      Starting use cases:

      • lock on cluster startup to do some database import or migration.
      • lock arbitrary keys (repo id + parent id + name) to enforce single-document-path creation.
