Show breadcrumb and toolbar on Collection in home tab

      Description

      Since 8.1, when you go to Home > Collections and open one collection, there is no more the breadcrumb not the toolbar in the UI.

      This is very annoying we (presales) used to have a toolbar button allowing to share a collection without going thru the "Manage" (or "Permissions") tab, so, something more user friendly.

      Could we get this back? I suspect it has something to do with the fact that we are in the user workspace, but still. Having the toolbar is qui useful ("Export" to xml to debug ACLs and values for example)
