WebEngine thread lock when nuxeo start behind LB

      Description

      In a cluster environment, behind a LB, if one node is added and started while the LB forward http request to this node, the node get thread lock in the WebEngine init method.
      Current workaround is to check if the server is started on /nuxeo/runningstatus before forwarding http request
