User without access rights to the domain is not able to access the 'SEARCH' page

How to reproduce:

• create a user without assigning a group
• give this user access to i.e. /default-domain/workspaces
• log in as this user, user is redirected to HOME dashboard
• click SEARCH in the top bar

User is not redirected to the search page, redirected to HOME page. User should be able to search documents in folders to which user has access (/default-domain/workspaces in this case).
