Cannot generate preview of pdf in light bow on Mac since 7.10 HF01

Tested on Mac:

• Have Nuxeo 7.10 installed with HF01
  • NOTE: Same occurs with HF01 + HF02 + HF03
  • Does not occur with 7.10 and no HF installed
• Drop a PDF
• In thumbnails view, display the light box
• => Error.
  • In the UI, we have the standard "Preview cannot be generated for this document", etc.
  • In the log we have a problem with pdftohtml. See the details, but mainly:

Caused by: org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.commandline.executor.api.CommandException: Error code 1 return by command: pdftohtml -c -nodrm -enc UTF-8 -noframes #{inFilePath} #{outDirPath}/index.html
pdftohtml version 0.40 http://pdftohtml.sourceforge.net/, based on Xpdf version 3.01

This is a major bug since we are doing a lot of our demos on localhost on Mac.
Maybe it's in my configuration and the installed tools, but the fact it works without the HF01 looks like something changed in between?
