In Admin > Permissions, searching permissions on their time range fails. This is because the selected date includes the time 12:00 AM by default, but permissions are actually effective from 01:00 AM. Since it's not possible to change the time when selecting a permission time range (no time displayed in the date selector), we should not take the time into account in the search form.
