Fix safe edit on TinyMCE in toggleable forms

      Description

      Safe edit does not seem to apply correctly on TinyMCE when inisde toggleable forms ("draft saved" popup does not show up).

      Also a strange ajax behaviour is observed when working with the jenkins report plugin, copy/pasting here steps to reproduce described in NXP-14205:

      • edit the duty comments and save (make sure a drafit is saved first)
      • switch to edit mode again after save and start typing
      • navigate within jobs using ajax pagination
        => popup offering to restore draft version shows up

      as of 8.1-SNAPSHOT, the "restore draft" popup does not show up anymore, but current content is lost.
