      Description

      To streamline things we align all Nuxeo code to Apache License 2.0.

      Previously other (compatible) licences were also used: LGPL 2.1, EPL 1.0. They are all replaced with AL 2.0.

      This only applies to code copyrighted by Nuxeo of course.
