Don't display waiter after clicking Add since search is not triggered

When I prepare a smart search and click the Add button to add my search criterion to the query, a waiter icon is displayed in the top right corner of the content view. But no search is triggered yet. The search is done only when user clicks the Filter button. So the waiter shouldn't be displayed.
