Add missing translation label 'label.widget.iptc_info.headline'

      Description

      The label for label.widget.iptc_info.headline is missing from messages_en_US.properties (probably other languages too?)

      In fact it was removed by NXP-17243.

      This label is still used by the iptc_info layout (nuxeo/nuxeo-features/nuxeo-platform-imaging/nuxeo-platform-imaging-jsf/src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/imaging-layouts-contrib.xml)
