Allow exporting available JSF tags for CodeMirror suggestions

      Description

      CodeMirror suggestions wait for a tree structure that could be exported for:

      • main JSF tag libraries
      • runtime layout tags (widget types and widgets, see NXP-17590)

      See if this can be introspected thanks to either the libraries VDL documentation for standard libs, and thanks to additional layout export features for runtime layout tags.
