Fix query generation with FULLTEXT ALL operator

      Description

      Since NXP-18352, when using the FULLTEXT ALL operation, an incorrect clause is generated with the unknown ecm:fulltext.ecm:fulltext field, instead of ecm:fulltext

      It raises errors like

      Caused by: org.nuxeo.ecm.core.storage.StorageException: ecm:fulltext must be used as left-hand operand
