Fix error String index out of range: -1

      Description

      When I try to create a folder in another folder, I get this error: String index out of range: -1.
      This is not systematic but it occurs pretty often. It also seems to be occuring only using IE11.

      Caused by: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
	at java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1967)
	at org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.ui.web.application.NuxeoServerSideStateHelper.getState(NuxeoServerSideStateHelper.java:236)
	at com.sun.faces.renderkit.ServerSideStateHelper.isStateless(ServerSideStateHelper.java:489)
	at org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.ui.web.application.NuxeoResponseStateManagerImpl.isStateless(NuxeoResponseStateManagerImpl.java:142)
