Nuxeo Template Rendering Samples tests fails on MySQL

We have the following failing tests on MySQL:

• org.nuxeo.template.samples.tests.TestImportModelViaContentTemplate.testImportContentTemplateArchive
• org.nuxeo.template.samples.tests.TestImportModelViaContentTemplate.testWebTemplateRendering
• org.nuxeo.template.samples.tests.TestImportedModelRendering.testNote4Web
• org.nuxeo.template.samples.tests.TestImportedModelRendering.testSampleNote
• org.nuxeo.template.samples.tests.TestImportedModelRendering.testXLrendering
• org.nuxeo.template.samples.tests.TestImportedModelRendering.testInterventionStatement

This is due to an initialization failure because a large(-ish) amount of text is stored in one or more column (nxtrportfolio.introduction, nxtrproject.abstract).
