Enable caching of all resources served by tomcat default servlet

Some resources are served directly by tomcat default servlet and are missing an expiration date:

• http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/tinymce/tinymce.min.js
• http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/tinymce/tinymce_init.js
• http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/scripts/jquery/jquery.konami.js

Some request controller configurations should be added to handle these.
