Fancybox > Vertical Scroll is not working when you scroll on an element

      Description

      The fancybox has an overflow: auto behavior set on its content to scroll vertically when the content is too high.

      Unfortunately, you can only scroll on the borders, not on the table (see screenshot). It's working a bit more on Firefox but not correctly neither.

      Items to test: Import popup or Bulk Edit popup.
      The styles don't seem guilty after testing.

      When copying the fancybox in the DOM and pasting it, even at the same place, the scroll is working.
