Mail parameter mismatch in different files

      Description

      The username for SMTP authentication is different in different files:

      • mail.transport.username is used in nuxeo.conf and jboss templates
      • mail.transport.user is used in the doc and in tomcat templates
        (that's not the complete list, just examples)

      This needs to be standardized on mail.transport.user, and compatibility handled for installations using the old "username" form.
