Fix crash on workflow dashboard view

      Description

      When activating the workflow dashboard view and clicking on the link, an error page with the following stack trace is shown:

      Function 'nxd:titleOrId' not found

              javax.servlet.ServletException: /view_workflow.xhtml @9,77 value="#{nuxeoApplicationName} - #{nxd:titleOrId(currentDocument)}" Function 'nxd:titleOrId' not found
	at javax.faces.webapp.FacesServlet.service(FacesServlet.java:659)
