Pagination query for migrating audit log must start at one

In org.nuxeo.elasticsearch.audit.ESAuditBackend#migrate start fetching old entries at page 0. But actually the LogEntryProvider will by default return page 1 instead without warnings so that the migration code will finally end-up by duplicating the first result page and the last page will not be migrated.
