Fix toggled layout when defined from Studio

      Description

      NXP-17218 created a regression on toggled layout when defined from Studio (when initial layout and toggled layout differ, and where initial layout expression meeds to be resolved in a context where current mode depends on the toggle state).

      As a consequence, the toggled layout is actually the initial layout, but rendered in edit mode. This issue is very visible on widgets where the widget properties differ between the view and edit mode (suggestion widgets for instance).
