Fix bower.json dependency versions

      Description

      Update bower.json files to remove non fixed versions (based on branches, with ^ and ~ for following modules:

      • nuxeo-platform-webapp
      • nuxeo-platform-spreadsheet
      • nuxeo-travel-expenses
      • nuxeo-review-workflows-dashboards
      • nuxeo-dataviz-elements
      • nuxeo-salesforce (if released?)
