      Description

      Upgrade to latest Tomcat release (Tomcat 7.0.64).

      This involves creating a tomcat-7.0.64-light.zip artifact as we have done before (NXP-6555). To do it (see the README.txt in the ZIP), we do:

      $ mkdir doc-tomcat/
$ mv LICENSE NOTICE RELEASE-NOTES RUNNING.txt doc-tomcat/
$ rm bin/catalina.bat bin/catalina.sh bin/configtest.bat bin/configtest.sh bin/shutdown.bat bin/shutdown.sh bin/startup.bat bin/startup.sh bin/version.bat bin/version.sh bin/commons-daemon-native.tar.gz
$ rm -rf logs/ temp/ webapps/docs/ webapps/examples/
