Fix French labels and check the unit in Admin/Binary file stats

Unit on "Total size of blobs (kB)" (adminsubtab.sysinfo.repostat.totalsizeofblobs) and "Max blob size (kB)" (adminsubtab.sysinfo.repostat.maxblobsize) is probably wrong:

Total size of blobs (kB):	328 146,453
Max blob size (kB):	7 851 288,1

English labels should use "K" or "KB" notation (=2^10 bytes), not "kB" (=10^3 bytes) ; see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kilobyte
French labels should use "Kio" (=2^10 octets), not "Ko" (=10^3 octets).
French label does not precise the unit: "Taille totale des fichiers:"
French label is mis-spelled: "Taille du plus gros fichiers".
