fixup remote throwable properties unmarshalling

automation server exception couldn't be deserialized using the server type and are mapped client side onto a remote throwable type. the remote throwable type is holding a map for the un-mapped properties.

we've discovered that the deserialization of the remote throwable was wrong and as it does not isolate the properties collecting by stack trace elements.
